Return Policy
Bottles can be returned unopened within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund minus shipping.
Procedure:
- Send us an email message letting us know of your decision with your name and invoice number;
- Thereafter, we will provide you a return address where you should send the package ;
- The package must be delivered prepaid (at your expense) directly to the address provided;
- Send unopened bottles only (no refunds for already opened bottles);
- The refund is given only when the package is received at the fulfillment center.
To facilitate the procedure, please keep your original purchase order which is found with your order when it is received for future reference.
Refund
All refunds will be credited the same way as your original payment method.
